Advance Notice of Intent to Bid

The County of Santa Clara Procurement Department provides a list of upcoming solicitations for products and/or services required by the County. This will allow for vendors to provide questions or comments during development of the specifications and statements of work. Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQs) will be officially posted on BidSync. Invitations to Bid (ITBs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) will be officially posted on Ariba. Please contact the Procurement Officer if you have questions or comments.
