Active Contracts

Provided below are two reports of active contracts in the County of Santa Clara (County). A glossary of terms defines the field found in the reports.
 

Procurement Department Active Contracts
This is a list of Procurement Department’s active contracts and identifies which of these will expire within 6 months from the report date. Procurement Department contracts are those for goods and related services that are established and handled by the Procurement Department. Authorized users for a Procurement contract can be one or multiple County departments.
 

County Agency and Department Active Contracts
This is a list of active contracts that are managed outside of the Procurement Department, by other County Agencies/Departments. These professional services contracts are typically not furnished with the acquisition of goods and materials.  Professional services are not limited to the following (1) Licensed professional services, such as Physicians, Psychologists, Marriage and Family Therapists; (2) Consulting Services; (3) Trainer Services; (4) Medical Services; (5) Legal Services; (6) Information Technology and Communications Consulting Services; (7) Fiscal Consulting Services; and (8) Human Services. Authorized users for a Decentralized contract can be one or multiple County Agencies/Departments.
 

Environmental Procurement Report
This is a list of the Procurement Department's contracts and purchase orders in which the County's sustainability policies have been applied. The sustainability policies are included in the Board of Supervisors' Policy Manual and describe the County's efforts in the commitment to build and maintain a healthy and safe community for current and future generations through preserving natural resources and the environment, fostering a healthy economy and meeting the basic needs of all residents with respect and cultural awareness.
