County DBE Projects

DBE requirements apply when there is contracting opportunities for projects that are federally funded from the U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT) through the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). When no contracting opportunities exist, DBE requirements are not applicable.
